NFL Coach Job Description
A NFL coach is responsible for organizing and directing a team. He or she is also responsible for planning and implementing gameplay strategies. The players turn to the coach for directions on every aspect of the game, and the coach is expected to motivate his team before and during games. The coach must make decisions on gameplay throughout the games, so he or she must be able to think on his or her feet. NFL coaches can make anywhere from $1 million to $6 million per year.
