What is the Average Cost of an Eviction? Average Eviction Price

The legal process of carrying out an eviction by strictly adhering to the state law may be the ideal solution to get rid of a troublesome tenant. Eviction always takes place only on a court order, but the owner has to be very careful with the long-drawn process as any error will certainly necessitate restarting the entire operation. The average cost of an eviction is about $10,000 to $15,000 that depends primarily on the lawyer fee, besides the routine costs like the court filing fee, process server charge based on the number of tenants and paperwork expenses. The cost may also include the rent outstanding that could not be retrieved and repairs that have to be mandatorily carried out after evicting the tenant.
