What is Rapini Used For? Health Benefits and Nutrition Information

Rapini is a vegetable most commonly served in Italian and Chinese cuisines. It is low in calories, sodium, fats and cholesterol and thus helps in controlling obesity and hypertension. It contains vitamins A, C, K, potassium, folic acid, flavanoids which help to prevent stroke. Vitamin A is good for eyesight. It also provides iron which prevents anemia, and calcium which helps to maintain strong bones. Rapini also provides photochemical which have anti-cancerous properties due to its antioxidant properties.
