Dipotassium Inosinate is used in processed cheese, fat spreads, fat-based desserts, processed fruit, dried vegetables, canned or bottled vegetables, cooked or fried vegetables, breakfast cereals, pre-cooked pastas, batters, bakery goods, processed meat and poultry, semi-preserved fish and fish products, egg-based desserts, seasonings and condiments, soups and broths. Health benefits include prevention of stroke, regulation of blood pressure, anxiety and stress relief; enhancing muscular strength, metabolism, water and electrolyte balance. It is effective in preventing heart and kidney disorders and keeping the nervous system healthy. Asthmatic patient must avoid its intake. It is not recommended for gout patients.
