Is Roasted Seaweed Good For You?

As seaweed mostly grows in the sea and salty water, except for the green one, which can also grow in fresh water, it is rich with various minerals and iodine. It can have great and positive effect on one’s immune system, can lower blood cholesterol and sugar and help curing joints pains caused by arthrites. The best way to consume seaweed is fresh, but roasted seaweed is also good for your health, because it does not lose any of its minerals in the process of roasting.
