Is Rice Healthy?

Rice is a very healthy product. It is rich with amino acids. Carbohydrates, held in rice are the main source of energy we receive from eating it. The organic protein, held in rice is very good for our bodies. Rice has significantly more of this kind of protein, compared to other grains, such as whole wheat or corn. Rice is an extremely low in fat product.
