Is Rice Fattening?

Rice is not fattening. It is very low in fats and a cup of boiled rice has only about 0,1764 ounces of fat in it. However, rice is not the best dietary product, used for losing weight. It contains starch in it and is very rich with carbohydrates. They provide the most energy you get from rice, but they can also slow down the weight loss process.
