Is Pork Healthy?

It is no exaggeration of fact that no other kind of animal food is so widely used in the US as pork in its different forms of preparation. Pork is healthy as it offers vitamins such as B6, B12, niacin, thiamine, and riboflavin. One serving of pork contains half of your daily protein requirement. No doubt, pork is a nutritious choice of meat. Despite some cuts being high in fat, it is also very rich in protein without actually being loaded with calories.
