Is Lobster Good For You?

Lobster is good for you for a few reasons. It does not contain high levels of mercury that many other fish do. Lobster contains very low fat and calories and is high in nourishment qualities. Lobster meat contains potassium, vitamin B-12, zinc and selenium. The jury is still out on whether lobster is high in iron. Eating lobster is like taking a multi vitamin or a health supplement. Yes, lobster is good for you and tastes great too.
