Is HGH Legal? Human Growth Hormone Legality

Human growth hormone or HGH is commonly known as an extremely effective steroid that can have a variety of positive effects, including increased muscle growth, weight loss, and heightened energy and awareness. But is HGH legal? Currently, federal regulations do not officially classify HGH as a controlled substance. It is, however, a prescription drug and a steroid. This means that the sale or distribution of HGH without a prescription is illegal but individual use is technically not. Many states have enacted their own laws on the subject, however. West Virginia, Rhode Island, Idaho and Oregon have all passed laws that classify HGH as a scheduled drug. Other states have similar laws that punish the use of HGH without a prescription. So is HGH legal? Yes, if you have a prescription. Otherwise it is either illegal or within a gray area of drug law that should be avoided.
