Is Gum Healthy?

Chewing gum is one popular way to freshen your breath and improve oral health. Studies reveal that chewing gum offer several health benefits such as helping in appetite control, weight management, reducing stress and increasing the concentration level. It also protects your teeth from cavities. Chewing gum before a snack reduces calorie intake, it also serves to increase blood flow to the brain. Even if swallowed by mistake, gum gets digested like all other food though the process may require a little more time.
