Is Cream Cheese Good For You?

Cream cheese is not necessarily good for you. Since it does contain milk, which provides calcium, vitamin D and other important nutrients, it is not necessarily the worst thing that you could eat. The main reason why it is not necessarily “good for you” is because of the high concentration of saturated fat. If consumed regularly in large amounts, cream cheese can clog your arteries and cause heart problems. As with any food, moderation is key.
