Is Cream Cheese Bad For You?

Sometimes cream cheese can be bad for you; that is if you eat too much of it. As with any other food that contains the word “cream” you will find that there is a high amount of fat per serving. Cream cheese typically has more saturated fat than healthier unsaturated types of fat, which can lead to high cholesterol or heart disease. It is not a good idea to consume large amounts of it for this reason.
