Is Crab Healthy?

Crab is very healthy to eat. Whether you eat the meat or the legs, crab is very good for you. Crab has high protein and is low in fat. It is also rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, which are believed to be linked to good heart health. Although scientists are still studying the link, there seems to be enough evidence to say that there is a link between Omega 3 fatty acids and good heart health. The protein found in crab is lean protein as well, which makes them a good source of protein, which is essential to healthy functioning.
