Is Crab Good for You?

Crab is good for you. It is extremely high in needed nutrients and low in fat. Early evidence seemed to indicate that crab was very high in cholesterol but researchers have since backed off that theory and claim that any form of crab eaten in moderation is good for you. Crab is low in fat, low in calories and very heart healthy. Crab meat contains essential amounts of fatty acids, zinc, iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus. The conclusion, crab is a powerhouse nutrient-rich food.
