Is Cottage Cheese Healthy?

Cottage cheese is really healthy. Compared to all other cheese available, it has low fat (5 grams), low carbohydrate (3 grams) and high protein (14 grams). Cottage cheese primarily helps to develop muscles fast. Unlike most cheese, cottage cheese retains its whey content as it is only drained and not pressed dry. Also, it does not undergo aging. It requires 100 pounds of milk to make 15 pounds of cottage cheese. It is best eaten with fruits such as strawberry, peaches, banana or pineapple.
