Is Chicken Skin Healthy?

Chicken skin is not healthy and it is fattening. In fact, fried chicken skin is always full of fat. Chicken is usually healthy only when it is skinned thoroughly and then cooked by grilling, baking or roasting. Also, it tastes better and digests easily when supported by necessary components such as lemon, ginger, pepper, salt and oil While steamed chicken is okay, chicken skin that is deep fried is not so as it is hard to digest. For the very reason that chicken skin has a lot of fat, as a steady diet it is not healthy.
