Is Chicken Healthy?

Chicken is a healthy meat that provides very high protein and at the same time remaining low in fat. Accepted as a universal delicious food, chicken serves still better when it is steamed. Chicken soup recipes always make a nourishing soup. Skinless chicken breasts are recommended to treat heart-related and cholesterol problems. It also depends on how chicken is prepared such as the skinning that is usually done at the first instance and the regular mixing of other prominent ingredients with it.
