Is Cheddar Cheese Healthy?

Cheddar cheese serves an ideal source of protein in your diet. It is rich in calcium that is good for bones and teeth. Cheddar cheese is healthier if it is dried first to do away with the minimum amount of fat and cholesterol contained in it. Like any other cheese, Cheddar cheese is also regarded to be healthy as long as it is used in moderation. It also serves the skin and nails well.
