Is Butter Bad for You?

If you are healthy, you can use butter in small amounts and it will be perfectly healthy. Most people do not know that butter is a natural product and that only salt is added. Regular butter is going give off the same amount of calories as margarine. Butter will give you dietary fat and fiber, which is an essential part of our diet. If you are careful about how you take in butter it can be a healthy addition to your diet.
