Is Blue Cheese Good For You?

Blue cheese is just about as healthy as any other cheese that you are going to eat. There are benefits to eating blue cheese such as taking in protein and calcium but there are also drawbacks. A couple of the drawbacks are the fact that you are going to be consuming quite a lot of saturated fat and sodium. As with all cheeses, you should make sure that you eat it in small amounts to avoid obesity or constipation.
