Is Beef Healthy?

Beef is a healthy food. It is a great source of protein, zinc, selenium, iron and B vitamins. By choosing the leaner cuts of beef such as round streaks and some parts of sirloin streaks, you certainly enjoy eating it as well as ensuring it to be healthier. One serving size of beef is only 3 to 4 ounces. Lean meats can be made tender by using a marinade. Also, bison or game meat such as elk or venison is a safe option, for they are low in fat despite being quite delicious.
