In US, radiologic technologists work in trauma, operating room, critical care, fluoroscopy, CT scanning, MRI, angiography and other areas. A radiologic technologist uses x-ray, ultrasound, magnetic resonance scanners and other technically advanced machines to take different medical images of a patient, as directed by a physician. They work in hospitals, clinics, medical laboratories, nursing homes and in the private industry.
