Does Squid Have Protein?

Squid is an excellent source of protein. A 100 gram fresh squid contains nearly 17 grams of protein. As it has no spine, it can be easily digested. It has a good taste and a rich aroma too. It contains essential amino acids, which are good for your health. Squid also contains minerals like potassium, phosphorous, calcium and magnesium. You can give at least one serving of squid to growing children in a week, however more than that is not recommended.
