Does Chemotherapy cause Cancer?

Chemotherapy is considered by many doctors to be the most effective and safe method of treating cancer. But does chemotherapy cause cancer? Surprisingly, the answer in some cases is yes. While the chances of developing secondary cancer are not miniscule, the positive effects of chemotherapy generally outweigh this danger.
