Can Crabapples be Eaten?

Crabapples contain toxins that might make you sick if eaten. It really depends on your body’s tolerance to the toxins found within the crabapple. Some people believe that you can develop a tolerance for crabapples if you eat them in small quantities from a young age into adulthood. They are a bit poisonous, the toxins, but some people seem to be able to eat them without getting sick. It may be a wise choice to avoid them if you are unsure.
