Best Way to Cook Haddock

Of all the recipes for haddock, the best way to cook haddock is to put milk on it and then cover it with tin foil and put it in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. It goes great with a poached egg and fresh crusty bread but of course you can chose whatever sides you want to serve with the haddock.
