Are Headaches a Sign/Symptom of Diabetes?

Diabetes is a serious and unfortunately all too common disease these days, so it is wise to be aware of potential symptoms. Are headaches a sign or symptom of diabetes? The answer is yes, headaches can be indicative of the onset of diabetes. However, this does not mean that everyone who gets a headache has diabetes. Headaches are extremely common and most often are quite benign. If you feel confident that you might in fact have diabetes, then it is a good idea to consult a doctor rather than attempt to self-diagnose.
