Are Cucumbers Fattening?

Cucumbers are definitely not fattening. They are mostly water and very low in calorie count and fat count. There are just eight calories in half a cup of cucumber pieces. And what’s great about that for the dieter is that it only takes two minutes of walking to burn those eight calories of cucumbers. Also, you can eat as many as you want and still gain the full feeling as if you have eaten a fattening food. Because of their high water content you can easily sweat them out but the calorie count and fat count is so minimal that just normally everyday activities can burn those calories away easily.
