Are Cheerios Healthy?

The healthiness of Cheerios is somewhat relative. Cheerios are better than a bagel and cream cheese but not as good as a natural whole grain like oatmeal or oat bran. Cheerios do have lots of fiber in them, which makes them good for you but they are a processed food. So relatively speaking, Cheerio’s are better than some things but not as good as some other types of breakfast cereal.
