Are Apples Fattening?

Eating apples in moderation is not fattening. But as with anything, if you eat too many of them, the sugar, carbohydrates and calories will add up. Apples are primarily carbohydrates but they are very low in fat. They contain lots of fiber and potassium, which are both very good for you and not fattening. According to research, you would have to eat 10 or more apples a day for them to be considered fattening. So enjoy and don’t worry about the carbohydrate content.
